To join the Carlisle School Association (CSA), please complete this form and click on the payment button. One copy of the Husky Handbook student/school directory is included with the $40 membership dues. The special "Booster Membership" for $75 includes two copies of the Husky Handbook. Handbooks will be distributed at the CSA Meetings during Elementary and Middle School Parent Nights. Any handbooks not picked up will be mailed out after October 5th. Any additional donations you wish to make to the CSA will help to fund Curriculum Enrichment and Teacher Grants and are fully tax-duductible.
