Volunteer Form

The Carlisle School Association is the parent organization for the Carlisle Public Schools. Through our ongoing relationship with school administration we are able to provide much needed volunteer services to assist the school in its goal of providing excellence in education to our children. We rely year after year on our many enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers. If you have volunteered in the past, thank you and we hope that you will plan to help out again this year.  Volunteering at the school is a wonderful way for you to meet parents, teachers and the administration, and to help provide valuable assistance to our school.

The first step in becoming a volunteer is to complete and return the Volunteer Form.

NOTE: The State of Massachusetts requires that all school volunteers have a criminal records background check. Once approved this form is good for 3 years. Please contact the main office Carlisle Public School to get a copy. The completed form should be returned to the school's main office.
